PulseForge provides general fitness and wellness guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency services, or a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified clinician.

Before beginning or changing an exercise program, speak with your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional—especially if you have a medical condition, recent injury or surgery, balance concern, take medication that may affect exercise, or have any doubt about whether activity is appropriate for you.

You decide whether to exercise and are responsible for choosing an appropriate environment, equipment, pace, resistance, and level of support. Exercise only within your abilities. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, faintness, or otherwise unwell, and seek appropriate medical or emergency help.

PulseForge is designed with adults 60+ in mind and may be used only by people who are legally able to agree to these Terms. The 60+ focus does not mean the app is appropriate for every person or health situation.

Apple Health and HealthKit features are optional and subject to the permissions you choose and Apple’s applicable terms. You are responsible for reviewing the settings and policies of any service with which you share exported data.

PulseForge, its exercise guidance, design, trademarks, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it except where applicable law permits.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every person, goal, device, or circumstance.

Exercise carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PulseForge is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or exercise decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
