PRIVACY

Your training data stays in your hands.

This policy explains how PulseForge handles information when you use the app and this website.

What PulseForge uses

PulseForge uses the workout preferences, equipment choices, goals, readiness feedback, and training records you enter to provide personalized general fitness guidance. Under the current product design, this training data is stored on your device.

Apple Health and HealthKit

Apple Health syncing is optional. PulseForge accesses HealthKit data only after you choose to grant the relevant Apple permission, and only for the purpose shown to you in the app. You can change HealthKit permissions through Apple Health settings.

Exports and your choices

If you use CSV export, PulseForge creates a file that you choose where and how to share. Once you share an exported file with another service or person, that recipient’s privacy practices apply.

What we do not do

Under the current product design, PulseForge does not require an account, use analytics, maintain cloud backups of training data, show ads, sell personal data, or track you across other apps or websites.

Support messages

If you email support@pulseforge.app, we receive the information in your message so we can respond and help resolve your request. Please do not send information you would not want included in a support conversation.

Changes to this policy

If PulseForge changes how it handles information, it will update this policy before applying a material new practice. Features such as accounts, subscriptions, cloud storage, analytics, or third-party integrations require a privacy review before release.
